Description
The unique characteristics of this cool climate wine are a result of the vineyards proximity to the Pacific Ocean, whose tremendous maritime influence help to create wines with unique aromas and flavours. Constant breezes cool the vineyards located on the southern bank of the Rapel River.

Vinification
Macerated and fermented in small open vats of 300 kilos. Nothing added for fermentation 3 to 4 pumps down, with a natural fermentation between 15° and 25°C. Extended skin maceration for additional 10 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Small topping of SO2 prior its aging in barrels. Aged for 18 months in French burgundy barrels.
