KodKod

We produce red wine mainly from the País, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, from vineyards established before 1900 in our family -owned farm Santa Rosa de Lavaderos. The farm is located in a small, secluded valley surrounded by hills of the Coastal Range, the Rivers Maule and Loncomilla. These rivers marked the southern limit of the Inca Empire, then for hundreds of years during Spanish rule and until the beginning of the XX century were navigable and an important trade route. The name Kodkod is because this little feline still dwells in the native forests next to the Maule River.
