Straw-yellow color with a green tint. Aromas of green pineapples, green apples, tomato leaves and green grass. Medium-high acidity in the mouth and fresh with citric and herbaceous flavors, as well as good persistence.

Vinification
Grape clusters are manually selected and whole clusters are pressed. The juice is clarified by natural cold decantation for 24 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12 – 13 °C for 15 days. Fermentation lees are worked ("batonnage") in the tanks.
