Cool Coast Sauvignon Gris 2021

CASA SILVA COOL COAST SAUVIGNON GRIS Cool Coast is born on the cold shore of the Colchagua Valley, at the Paredones vineyard, influenced by the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean. The Casa Silva Cool Coast Sauvignon Gris is an aromatic wine with medium-high acidity, light, fresh and floral, with saline and vegetal flavors at the end of the palate.

Grapes are chilled in a cold room to 3°C, after which the grape clusters are manually selected and whole clusters are pressed. The juice is clarified and fermented under temperature control for 24 days.
