Vineyard Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

With deep red highlights this Cabernet combine hints of dark cherry with a subtle sense of vanilla. A well-balanced wine, with soft tannins leading to a long and elegant finish, marked by notes of red fruits and black pepper.

This wine was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (28ºC) and macerated for 10-15 days over the skins. Then 30% of the wine was aged in 225-litre French and American oak barrels and 70% was kept in stainless steel.
