Kinast Family Wines K Barrel Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This wine has a very intense aroma on the nose with notes of citrus, reminiscent of lime peel, and a touch of pineapple. Balanced wine, with lively acidity, medium volume, long and pleasant finish. Serve between 10°C - 12°C with oysters, rock fish and game birds.

The vineyards are located in the mountainous area of Valle Lontué, in the town of Sagrada Familia. Plants over 15 years old. Regarding the soils, they are mostly of alluvial origin, moderately deep, with good drainage and a moderate percentage of organic matter. Mostly silty clay loam.

Separation of presses, reductive vinification, fermentation at low Tº, movement of post-fermentation lees.
