Pale straw yellow color, with attractive bright aspect. Enticing aromas of honey, grapefruit rinds and stone fruits. Full bodied and rich flavors balanced with a refreshing acidity, and delicate touch of bitters on the finish.

Wire trained with light use of drip irrigation

The vineyard was harvested sequentially in three occasions harvesting only fruit with the desired level of noble fruit in each occasion. Simple winemaking techniques employed to maintain the purity of the fruit and vineyard. The fruit was whole bunch pressed. 50% fermented in 3 to 4 year old French oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tank. Aged in the same vessels for 12 months before bottling.
