Viticulture
It is one of the most renowned valleys for the growing of red grapes. This wine is produced from lots in our Los Lingues estate in Colchagua Andes. The soils are colluvial, deep and have angular pebbles that favor drainage and infiltration. The clay matrix is ideal for the development of color and red fruit. Remarkable liveliness and natural acidity of the grapes at the time of harvest.
Vinification
Grapes are handpicked. The fruit is selected in the vineyard to prevent oxidation and ensure that only the best clusters reach the winery. 28 days of cold maceration. Fermentation of small batches between 200 and 5,000 kg in barrels and stainless steel tanks. The grapes are selected from each micro-lot. Native and selected yeasts are used. Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels.
