Viticulture
This wine is a blend of different vineyards located in the Andean region that seeks to deliver a wine dominated by fruit, with minimal oak intervention and great concentration, without compromising elegance. The blend contains similar percentages of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, as well as other varieties in smaller contributions.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. The fruit is selected in the vineyard so that only the best clusters reach the winery. Alcoholic fermentation in open ponds, with punching down in the case of Pinot Noir. Fermentation of Merlot and Cabernet is carried out in closed tanks, with a percentage of stalks. Aging in multiple-fill barrels and concrete vats to maintain freshness and liveliness in the fruit.
