Beacause of the special character, limited production and great quality of this wine, our founder William 'Bill' Coledecided to put his name on it. From Maipo Valley, land of origin for this Cabernet Sauvignon is probably the most prestigious terroir for the cultivation of this variety in Chile. It shows velvety elegant tannins brought by the ageing of 24 months in French oak making this wine a great candidate to keep in the wine cellar. Ideal with haut cuisine red meat dishes.
