Description
Casas del Bosque´s cool climate icon, this wine is aptly named "La Trampa" ("The Trap") after the difficult to haverst blocks where its grapes are sourced from. A blend of Syrah, Malbec and Pinot Noir all grown in Casablanca, each variety fulfills a relevant role. Syrah (75%) gives the wine structure and concentration, Malbec (15%) imparts an elegant, floral bouquet, and Pinot Noir (10%) balances the final wine through its fresh fruit aromas and natural acidity.
